CEO has all the characteristics of D-Trump: ego-driven, surrounded by "yes" men, alternate facts about how the business is doing, takes care of the leadership team (rich) and steps all over the workers (poor). Totally lost on business direction with no business cases to drive development. Instead a customer talks about spending lots of money if only a few key features are added and then when the features are added, the customer never buys the amount of product they claimed they would. Of course, the fewer product bought may be a direct result of how late the product was finished due to the constant interrupt-driven product roadmap. And lastly, the offices with the productive teams have all been closed, leaving only politically protected offices too busy performing CYA rituals instead of actually producing.
