There has been no investment in the current employees. There is a bonus program that most of the employees are not a part of. CEO thinks it's great to throw parties and act like we're a thriving company and wasting money that should go to employees. Little to no training on new products, we're just supposed to "pick it up" on our own, I find this an odd strategy.
