On the topic of pay, we always aim to stay competitive, though we know it’s not always easy. Just to clarify, our bonus scheme is an extra on top of your base salary, not a replacement, and it isn’t guaranteed. That said, we’ve consistently given out bonuses based on performance, and we've also put measures in place during tough times to support employees in lower salary brackets, especially with the cost-of-living challenges.
