      Pros

      I had a dream to work in this company, and 5 years ago, that dream came true. Now, I want to transition to a full-time position and grow with the company. With each passing year, the company becomes more mature and stronger in the Drupal market, with clear and effective processes. Today, ImageX is a leader among Drupal companies. Why? Because of the high quality of code and development, excellent use of Drupal Enterprise, a very friendly atmosphere, and care for each employee. Every day, I see opportunities for growth and learning. There are very strong developers and managers here.

      Pros

      * Everyone on the team brings professionalism and experience to the table. * Remote workers are made to feel apart of the in-office team. * Work is planned out on a weekly basis and there are usually no dry spells. * The projects remain interesting and challenging. * Invoices from employees are reviewed and processed very quickly. * Weekly (optional) team meetings gives a chance for employees to share experiences and knowledge. * Overall pleasant working environment with great projects and people to work alongside.

      Cons

      * Sometimes being under-staffed can cause other employees to have to work harder. * Other than that, my last 7 years with ImageX has been extremely pleasant and fulfilling.
