Pros

- ImageSoft has built a culture that embodies team collaboration and workmanship. Every one is considered equal with one goal, to put the customer first. - ImageSoft also has an open door policy where you can always reach out to anyone within the company for assistance. ImageSoft also look internally before reaching out to fill position. - Every employee has the ability to move up within the organization. - ImageSoft pays their employees well and offers bonuses - You feel like you are a part of a team. - Even with the changes to the organization due to Covid, ImageSoft has an internal team (C.A.R.E.S) to keep everyone engaged with fun non-work related activities and events.

Cons

Honestly there really isn't much to say in regards to cons for ImageSoft. Its still work and their are deadlines associated with work. You have the occasional difficult customers and tight deadlines, however, ImageSoft works through these as a team and recognizes those efforts above and beyond when employees have to put in extra time. ImageSoft has a well rounded Work-Life Balance culture and works with you if project work is getting overbearing. Outside of that some projects require more attention than others and ImageSoft customers are nation wide so you may have to deal with customers in different time zones, adjustments me be needed.

Pros

Small company with all the pros of a small company - people who actually care about you and are willing to help you get what you need to succeed. Was a great place to start my career as an intern. Had stocked snacks and drinks.

Cons

Not as many opportunities to do pure software development.

Pros

Private company for over 2 decades and the Owners have no desire to change that. All Medical Coverage is PPO not HMO. Optional dental, vision, and Aflac from very affordable prices. Everybody is treated equally from the Owners to Employees. Birthdays, Showers, and Special Events are hosted at the office and employees pool efforts to buy gifts and make them memorable. Volunteer Service is considered a Paid Community Day. The company has bring your child to work days and pays for family events like a Tigers Baseball Game, Haunted Hay Ride, and many other events. Hour long lunch with a peaceful Nature Trail off the parking lot. Modern setting where everybody gets a Cubical or Office, not just a desk. Ability to work from home if you want to till make the effort to work, but want to avoid bad weather, not feeling well, or have a unique circumstance. Free snacks like a Trail Mix Bar, Granola Bars, Chips, Candy, Popcorn, Crackers, Biscotti and other items. Free refreshments like hot tea, unsweetened iced tea, pop, energy drinks, juice, sparkling juice, Keurig Coffee; A machine that dispenses filtered Hot Water, Ice Cold Water, and Ice Cold Sparkling Water; And many much more stocked every week. Promotional opportunities, on-site training, and support from Management to achieve company goals you have set for yourself.

Cons

None that I have observed since the Owners hired a CEO to coordinate their responsibilities to coordinate a balance of managing both the business and our customers.
