Pros
I have met some lifelong friends here. If you are performing, you will receive a fair amount of autonomy with your day. Compensatation is very fair - you can make great money here if you are at plan or above. Awesome trips and awards for top sales reps.
Cons
Management definitely plays favorites. If you are in the "club" you will be sitting pretty, but if not it can be awful. Activity expectations are far above what most reps can reasonably accomplish in the day - and can actually interfere with selling. This is not a 9-5 job - you can expect to work after hours and on weekends routinely. Work life balance is non-existant if you expect to suceed. People that leave at 5pm are criticised. I have personally experienced abuse from management here, and have witnessed other reps being belittled, yelled at and sworn at. People learn to be silent and not question authority - it's safer.
