8yImage Source prides itself on the ability to grow and adapt to our rapidly expanding business, while keeping the customer and their needs foremost in our business plan. Oftentimes a planned scheduled day changes based on a variety of reasons, and some of these are out of our control.
Image Source does have a Standard Operating Procedure and all employees should be familiar with the SOP that pertains to their position. If an employee needs a specific tool to get their job done, the company will provide it or reimburse the employee, if we are made aware the employee purchased it on their own.
Image Source's Leadership works in harmony to ensure that sales and delivery staff are on the same page with each customer.
