      Pros

      Love my co-workers! Generous free snacks (like, a ton). I get along with the owners really well (contrary to some other posts, it sounds like those are sour past unemployed employees). It's a fast paced environment, but I thrive here.

      Cons

      It can get stressful sometimes with a lot of projects, but honestly - it's definitely doable and I take pride in my work

      Pros

      Image Management took me out of a job I was unhappy with, and now - I actually look forward to work. I took a free trip to Nashville last year and am taking one to Seattle next year for continuous development, and the whole team gets along well. We are a close-knit group, it's a laid-back feel, and everyone is supportive and kind. There is no office drama, and it allows me to be creative working with clients who are local. It's fun to see a design I did on a popular website... or to see a logo I designed on a car that drives past

      Expectations are high. It can be a lot, but thats why IM does so well to tell the truth.
