Pros
You can see how rude can human be. The company will not provide any reference check and require for regular work over time without compensations. So don't think you can get minimum salaries and reference there.
Cons
Colleagues are united to opinion about the worst management. Two owners are the management. Micro management are applied eg. where should the pencils be located. When colleague were not in the office the "management'' even thought their personal belongings to the bin.
