Pros

Not any other than a nice looking office

Cons

ILI Digital is not a good place to work if you expect to be valued for your efforts and contributions. No matter how hard you work, you will not receive the recognition or growth you deserve. Furthermore, ILI Digital lacks proper HR policies and fails to honor its commitments. Salary increments are often delayed, and when they are finally given typically after 1.5 years the amount is in peanuts. Also now they’ve made a new conspiracy of firing employees one month prior to increments to save money, and all of this is because of poor and toxic management here. Moving forward every year, the German managers visit the Pakistan office, and local employees are subjected to unnecessarily strict rules during these visits. The environment here is more like a school not flexible at all. To conclude if you want a cool place to work you should definitely consider this company.

Pros

- Complimentary in-house lunch is provided. - The office interior is modern and well-designed, creating a pleasant work environment. - You'll gain valuable hands-on experience working on real German projects, which can enhance your professional growth.

Cons

- There is noticeable favoritism and nepotism within the organization. -Employees are sometimes terminated without clear justification, often with the excuse of underperformance. -The management team lacks adequate experience. -Career growth opportunities are limited. -Preference is often given to German nationals, as if they are inherently superior. -Overtime work is not compensated. -Most positions are contract-based, likely because of high employee turnover. -The company is led by Amina (a PUCIT graduate) and Junaid (a UET graduate). While Junaid possesses strong technical expertise and is well-regarded, Amina tends to focus on asserting influence rather than fostering leadership, and her management style is perceived as toxic and lacking experience.
