Pros
I really liked most of the people I worked with at ILFC. The offices were great, and there were nice perks like frequent catered lunch meetings, a beautiful private gym, secure free parking, nice holiday parties with fun prizes like plane tickets, bonuses, great insurance benefits, fun offsites, good location near the mall, so lots of options for lunch, a weekly farmer's market across the street, etc. I felt that I was very fairly compensated for my work.
Cons
As of the time I left, I felt that it was somewhat of a boys' club (especially the marketing deparment). Longevity was sometimes rewarded more than merit. A lot of things have changed at the company over the last four years, so this review doesn't necessarily reflect the current company.
