      As a fresher it has a fast paced work environment thus there is a lot of learning experience.

      Cons

      Lots and lots of pressure since there is a lot to deliver within a short period of time.

      Pros

      Working with a young organization is always a pro as you get to learn alot with more responsibility in your given role. The CEO closely works with all the teams and is open for discussions on improvement and to move ahead. Facilitates growth for open minded people

      None that I can think off
