      Pros

      Easy to get into the company with no experience

      Cons

      Managers are disrespectful toward employees. Almost no training is offered for beginners. There is no meritocracy, with a phd or master's you can end up being managed by somebody with just a bachelors, no knowledge and experience. Career is not linked to results. Low salary and benefits. The London office needs to pay more attention to the Houston office and improve their selection process.

      Strong technical team and fun coworkers

      Cons

      Turnover was massive. Leadership turnover, employee turnover, layoffs with no explanation, and horrible mismanagement of sales accounts. Those responsible for this mess continued to be promoted and empowered. I've heard most of the competent people have either been laid off or left during their recent acquistion. I can't imagine what a disaster it is now.
