Family oriented environment, really pleasant people to work with and for.

No clear direction on where company was headed

Strong technical team and fun coworkers

Turnover was massive. Leadership turnover, employee turnover, layoffs with no explanation, and horrible mismanagement of sales accounts. Those responsible for this mess continued to be promoted and empowered. I've heard most of the competent people have either been laid off or left during their recent acquistion. I can't imagine what a disaster it is now.
