You get to work with VR projects sometimes which is still an emerging medium in this country. The management has a knack of hiring great people (even if inexperienced) so you might work alongside some lovely people.
Cons
Absolute lack of understanding of what psychological safety or good workplace culture is. Pretty toxic boys' club and big egos. Every single project gets discounted to run at a loss for the company so you can't actually have successful projects.
Feels more like a vanity project for the founder rather than something they are knowledgeable or passionate about.
If you work here, be prepared for a company wide slack rant at 9 pm belittling you without a chance to have a constructive conversation.
