- No structure, to anything. - Engineers expected to interrupt their work to take a high level of sales calls. - Below average pay, and no other benefits, especially for consultancy work. - Culture built around selling as much work as possible and then hoping that the majority of smaller clients can’t put up any legal fight with the lack of timelines and constantly missed deliverables. - Lacking strategy, when queried managing director made excuses that everyone was too busy to have a strategy meeting or to improve any processes. - Overall an immature business which gets product development done quick and dirty

Semi flexible hours, interesting challenges, diverse team and more relaxed than other consultancies

Salary and perks are not very competitive, pension options are not great, strange management choices
