I honestly couldn't say anything good about this company.
Cons
Racist. Demeaning. Money hungry. The lack of respect for clients and employees is disgusting. They will expect you to deliver above and beyond your means, to work unsociable hours, and then fire you once they feel they have achieved enough. Turnover for employees is +200%. The CEO is a paranoid sexist, honestly xenophobic against anyone other than white.
