Ignite Recruitment is Rinvio…. I worked at this company for over two years, dedicating not only work hours but also sacrificing personal time to become one of the top billers, if not the top biller. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply negative due to unethical practices by leadership. Throughout my time, I witnessed the CEO use inappropriate and derogatory language during calls with potential customers, refer to employees in demeaning ways, and manipulate performance numbers to create a false sense of morale. Additionally, there are multiple legal cases currently pending against the company. Despite my dedication, I was terminated without cause. Following this, they withheld my wages and attempted to force me into signing a separation agreement that I believe is illegal. This has caused significant financial hardship, including eviction from my home, delinquent bills, and a drastic drop in my credit score. Moreover, the law firm representing the company has shown equally questionable practices. I would caution anyone considering working here. The work environment is not only toxic and demoralizing, but there’s also the risk of not being compensated for your earned wages.
