Great Company - Junior Data Analyst Ignite Media Solutions Employee Review

Wonderful, caring and friendly coworkers. I felt very welcome there and as a young person early in their career, it was nice to be surrounded by experts in their field who didn't mind answering questions. They work hard enough so it's always challenging (never boring) but they have fun together too.

Unfortunately the company was in an awkward stage of growth when I worked there and they ended up laying off our entire department. They gave us all severance packages but it was really unfortunate.

Remote work, flexible hours, Freedom to control and design projects. Open to continued learning opportunities.

Low ceiling for growth opportunities, pay is below average for the industry.
