Pros
One of the best things about working here is the flexible work environment. As a parent, it’s been a lifesaver – I can set my own hours, which helps me balance work with my kids’ schedules. The flexibility to work around family life without feeling stressed has been amazing. Plus, I have a good amount of autonomy in my role, which means I get to make decisions and have control over my work, as long as I stay within certain parameters. It's a good mix of trust and freedom that really helps me stay motivated and engaged.
Cons
Ignite has gone through a lot of changes over the years. The management team has shifted quite a bit, and processes have been updated more times than I can count. While change is inevitable in any company, it can be tough for people who prefer a more stable and predictable environment. If you’re someone who doesn’t mind rolling with the punches and adapting to new ways of doing things, it’s not a huge deal. But if you need things to stay the same for a while, it might be a bit challenging.
