Ignatius Press is a small, family-like group of employees, who care a lot. There is a lot of heart in this company, and everyone working here wants the best for both the other employees and the readership we work for.
Cons
Because the group is like a family, sometimes people forget the importance of professional tact. There is also strong resistance to forward movement and change in the company (even if that change might lead to higher efficiency).
