- CEO lies and manipulates, claims that funding will be received soon and that new clients will be onboarded, but that is not the case. He sounds very sincere, and is very sweet while interviewing. But attitude changes starkly once you resign. - Calls itself a SaaS Startup but does not have enough engineers who can deliver the product -On the verge of bankruptcy, but continues to hire people, pays them salary for 2 months and then asks them to hang on to it for the next few months. -Salary dues have not been paid for months, Since February 2020 - Make sure to reach out to former employees and ask for viewing the term sheet for funding if the CEO claims that funding has been received and the problems will no longer exist.
