Pros

No pros to be honest

Cons

This review is for Idos India private ltd, Bangalore. (the ceo is changing logo and name on glassdoor to escape the reviews) The ceo misleads young employees. He has not paid salaries for 1 year now. Every 2-3 months he will hire a new set of people, make them work and then not pay salaries. Please make sure you speak with current and previous employees before joining. If you ask for salary the ceo will shout and abuse and threaten you. If you resign, the cfo will not give you your relieving letter and pressurize you to not tell about the company outside. All good and talented employees have left the company or are trying to leave. Poor people are caught up in this mess. The ceo will attract you with silky smooth talk and promises of big juicy promotions. Don't fall for it. It's a lie.

Pros

The work profile is good

Cons

- CEO lies and manipulates, claims that funding will be received soon and that new clients will be onboarded, but that is not the case. He sounds very sincere, and is very sweet while interviewing. But attitude changes starkly once you resign. - Calls itself a SaaS Startup but does not have enough engineers who can deliver the product -On the verge of bankruptcy, but continues to hire people, pays them salary for 2 months and then asks them to hang on to it for the next few months. -Salary dues have not been paid for months, Since February 2020 - Make sure to reach out to former employees and ask for viewing the term sheet for funding if the CEO claims that funding has been received and the problems will no longer exist. Pros

A wonderful place to work if one lived in an utopian state where material things like salary or a defined role don't matter. You get to learn a lot with a huge emphasis on managing personal finances and exploiting the credit system in the market as salary paid is rarer than cruising at 100km/hr on traffic free roads in Bangalore

Cons

Transparency seems to be a forgotten norm, management should be upfront with employees about funding/delay in salaries. Not getting paid for 3 - 4 months at a stretch is unpardonable. Management also lacks a vision or clear path forward which resulted in chaos and patchwork solutions that threaten to fall apart any day Every work day was akin to the blind leading the blind....
