      You have a lot of opportunity for international projects and you can get responsibilities very quickly. Benefits are good and people are brilliant

      You never know where you are standing withing the organization. Roles, functions and specializations are blurry

      Pros

      IDOM has a lot of projects in various industries, giving opportunities to gain experience across a variety of topics.

      Cons

      IDOM does not have enough expertise in many of the areas they try to do business in. Their QA/QC is non-existent. They rely completely on their engineers to be 100% competent and knowledgeable- which is far more than most of them are capable of.
