      You can learn things if given oppurtunity

      Cons

      NO work life balance No proper hardware resources they will not give you laptops No work from home even for a day The director involves with employees' work and gives hell of a time If you get into bad books of your manager or director you are fired without any prior notice The HR does not respond to any complaints NO Apprisals

      Idexx is a great place to work at and it encourages people to grow in the company

      Pros

      Joined because I was excited to work on AI product called InferIQ. But it is just a glorified OCR.

      Cons

      Poor work culture. Leader in charge of the product keeps yelling at the team and threatens to fire people on team meetings. Product roadmap changing on a weekly basis based on trends this leader hears in the news. Teams are working late nights every day and on weekends. The product has failed completely, but the leader is close to owner, so the leader somehow continues to keep his job.
