Good work is the only point.
Cons
Changing of policies at any point of time. After 20 yrs+... It is still a startup. Don't care about employees. Give fake reviews to maintain the rating... This is mandatory to all employees. Don't pay last month's salary... one has to do follow up. HR dept. says lies at the time of hire and are totally unprofessional. They gossips about employees personal life. There is no facility for employees. They give bad reviews about the employment enquiries. Washrooms are very small. No proper cafeteria... No food or snacks facility. Common appraisal ratings are between 4-6%...they always say there is no funding.
