      None, besides receiving a paycheck.

      Cons

      If you value your sanity, avoid working here. Higher level management constantly nitpicks, micromanages, gossips about employees, and creates a toxic work environment filled with distrust. Expect to be overworked and underappreciated while dealing with unrealistic expectations. There are far better opportunities out there for much higher pay - don’t waste your time here!

      Other sales reps are nice to work with. Helpful.

      Cons

      Management. Management. Management. Pay is bad. Benefits. PTO is provided but expected to still work while out. Top heavy organization. Commission statements are rarely provided. I wish that I could come up with more pros but the company environment has significantly gotten worse over the years. No values are brought forth or followed. Theres no accountability or adequate support to change things up. If you keep doing the same thing over and over again it doesn’t mean it is going to get better.
