If you like telling stories that start with "You are not gonna believe what happened at work today!" then you will love Ideoclick. Also, they pay for your Orca card.
Cons
Constant restructuring of org chart combined with no real mission and poor communication from leadership leaves teams adrift. Biz dev and account managers routinely make wild promises that the rest of the company is then forced to scramble to fulfill, whether realistic or not (often not). The only changes leadership seems capable of implementing are rebranding things they've tried before, and hiring more account managers.
