Pros
I have worked at many places and Identity Digital has been the best. The people are great, they are looking to the future and thinking about the employee experience. They are financially successful and have an exciting future planned. The rebrand from Donuts Inc. to Identity Digital is great. My team is a lot of fun, everyone across the organization has been willing to help and answer questions. They do a good job of onboarding people. I can tell they are making efforts to try and bring more fun activities back. I really appreciate that people respect nights and weekends. I am rarely messaged or emailed with something urgent after hours. There are times of the year that are busier than others but overall I haven't seen a company so respectful of personal lives. Salary is good, benefits are great, 4 weeks vacation, great 401k match and then they closed for the holidays.
Cons
After several acquisitions they are still working on connecting the different sites and integrating cultures. This isn't unique but something to make extra efforts. I would like to see the Executive team and CEO more. When I have meet them, they are great and fun to talk with, but it's rare. The CEO should make more effort to interact with the employees. I only see him at All Hands and he gives a brief update.
