Pros

Working with really smart people, catered lunches and open dialogue amongst teams.

Cons

Lots of pivoting. It is normal for things to change quickly at start ups, but sometimes it seemed as though management did not have a clear vision on which way to steer the company.

Pros

The people I worked with were amazing, the catered lunches were incredible, and every team lead and boss was incredibly personable and easy to work with. The Co-CEOs were accessible as well.

Cons

No cons, really. Everyone was incredibly easy to work with, and I was able to do my job well thanks to the amount of freedom I was given.

Pros

- Awesome perks: brand new office, catered lunches, stocked fridge, good benefits - The people at Identified are incredibly smart, and they are friendly and open to new people who join the company - Huge potential to be successful in the future

Cons

- Beware of joining the sales team! Pay is average with low commission, unpaid sales interns are used as Account Executives because the company cannot afford to hire anyone. Full time interns were not paid, worked the same hours and had high performance goals with little hope of ever being hired full time. The treatment of the interns was a huge downer for the whole sales team, and the company did not recognize this or do anything to help remedy the situation. - The CEOs do not seem to have a clear vision for where the company is going, and their message seems to change weekly. While they communicate with product development, the rest of the team doesn't receive updates about company news outside of team meetings, which are infrequent.
