      Pros

      They listen, fun, growing. The truly value there employees and care. "Weeks of fun" in the summer is a great time.

      Cons

      Advancement is limited. Pay is good not great. Management listens but don't always act. Overall the cons are small and don't outweigh all the pros.

      Independence, customers, coworkers, work from home.

      Cons

      A once good company has begun using regular employee annual reviews as a way grow "business" After the nepo-CEO took over, annual reviews became "optional". In other words, it's their option to provide a basic annual standard cost of living increase. Honestly... at the eleventh hour the Nepo-CEO sends out a memo stating the annual review will be postponed six months. WoW...
