      Best people to work with in a very supportive environment. Flexible hours for students. Very understand and do NOT micromanage

      Cons

      Pay and benefits are crappy. No incentive to do better. Limited growth. VERY repetitive jobs

      Monotonous work but it is not bad at all, just put in some headphones and find a good podcast
