      An incredibly tight knit team with opportunities to connect inside and outside the office. Half day Fridays all year round. Amazing holiday benefits. A fast-paced environment creating high profile projects that are viewed by millions every year.

      A very fast-paced environment. It's both a plus and set back at times.

      Pros

      The office has a great vibe with enjoyable people. The projects are fast paced, fun and creative and are located throughout the country and internationally. There are opportunities to grow and expand skill sets, as well as mentorships from management. Benefits, holidays off and time off are good. Management is understanding in the work/life balance, unlike many employers. This is a great place to work and I truly enjoyed my time here!

      Good planning strategy for projects, usually they have a good time/work estimation

      Cons

      Bad salary for the job, Because they offer good planning they try to give you a bad salary because you "will not be working a lot"
