      Pros

      Good for freshers and decent salary hikes compared to other service based companies. Work culture is collobarative where every one will be approachable. Work life balance depends on the project

      Cons

      Learnings are based on the project you are tagged. Most of the projects are short time so you will be switched between project based on the requirement. Employees need to pay insurance from our hand and pf deduction is bare minimum. They potray as employee centric company but lot as changed in past few years.

      Pros

      The CEO, managers and employees are super friendly. They help you achieve your goals. I would say the best place for a fresher in Chennai.

      Cons

      There are many small projects, less number of big projects. I don't think it's a big issue. Need to manage your work hours yourself. Otherwise you might end up over working.

      There is lot of Pros in this company.. One big thing is there is lot of learnings and there is no seniority all are treated equally
