From a technical standpoint, the company is highly proficient and has played a key role in transforming my skill set from the ground up. Beyond technical development, the people here are exceptional. Our CEO, founders, managers, technical leads, and colleagues are all supportive, approachable, and collaborative. The work environment is positive, friendly, and engaging. In all honesty, I haven’t experienced any significant downsides during my time here. The company is incredibly supportive, and all aspects, from leadership to technical growth, have been positive. If I had to mention something, the fast-paced environment can be demanding at times, but this also reflects the company’s rapid growth, which again is a major advantage.
