Pros
They definitely work to create a great culture. It's very collaborative.
Cons
For me personally, they had lofty goals and didn't really have the infrastructure in place for the role I was hired to do. The focus seemed to shift shortly after I started and I wasn't really doing what I believed I was hired to do nor did I see a path to create it in the foreseeable future.
