Pros

Lunch & Learns were great opportunities to connect with reps You develop great relationships with clients Jason is an amazing CEO

Cons

Work life balance is poor & poor wages earned. District Manager told everyone to "work harder" for their bonuses. The initial bonus program was stripped and restructured making it a moving goal post your team will ultimately never achieve. Really needed that bonus to live on when this company considers FT 29hrs a week. I had a family member die that was the only reason I was allowed to take my PTO. Zero bereavement days given. You are highly discouraged from using PTO & even more rules were added around that. There are very few team members maybe 3 people you can swap shifts with so it really becomes an EVERYONE issue when a CC in your location can't work. Used to work 9-5 steady then they added 11-7pm and later shifts to accommodate clients. At this point, there is no money for the extras like more hours or Christmas parties for the staff.

Pros

Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

Cons

High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
