Pros

HR seems awesome. If you have the chance to work in corporate, do it! As for the centers, there is no management on site for the most part. You get free services (they say one service a year though and ONLY if you're full time) and whenever they train in services, you can get Botox and stuff for free. If you're lucky, you'll land in a center where you get along with most of your coworkers. You also get holiday days off, but usually will have to work the day before and day after holidays.

Cons

Where to begin...the turnover in the centers is TERRIBLE. I think about 6 of 8 girls I trained with in Tampa have quit in less than a year, and don't even begin to ask me about the dozens upon dozens that have quit in my market. Don't be lured into the job thinking that the pay is high because whatever you start with, will be what you make for YEARS. There is no pay raise unless you can upsell guests at least 10k every month and have perfect attendance. The quality of care you give your guests doesn't even matter. You have to squeeze in first time guests if they buy that day, which puts your day off and is disrespectful to other guests that have appointments. Current guests can wait almost up to an hour, just to make sure that the company is giving off a "good" impression to first time guests. The company sets outrageous goals and you will barely get any commission or bonuses, unless you meet these goals (which keep getting harder to reach each year - ironic isn't it?). Half of the services don't even work (for example, Ultherapy) and you're going to have to constantly deal with complaints from guests because of that. If you think you're leaving on time, just forget it. Usually you have to stay at least 30 minutes past close, at minimum, and if you leave early, you can get in trouble. If a guest buys at the end of the day, you're expected to stay and treat them (even if it's a 50 minute long appointment). It makes for a very hard work-life balance. This company is so focused on making money, they forget to value the people actually making them the money. The nurses are undertrained and forced to do treatments that they're not comfortable with. Center management is a joke and not medical, so they rarely meet eye-to-eye with their employees. If you work full-time, you're most likely working 4-5 days a week and are automatically expected to cover extra days on top of that if others call in. Trust me when I say, you will get overtime almost EVERY week. GSCs are overworked as well, and underpaid. Read the reviews from employees in the centers. I made the mistake of reading and ignoring the reviews.

Pros

Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

Cons

High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
