Schedule changes with minimal notice, changing management, minimal support in clinic when low staffed, get yelled at by guests for things out of your control, email/teams spammed with chats celebrating each sale they make

Cons
High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
