Providers were great to work with. Position can be very highly stressful with a lot of moving parts and system navigation. High turnover rate for Regional Managers. I was there little over a year and went through at least 3 Regional Managers.

Complicated system with multiple avenues for daily operations, scheduling, payments/reimbursements, membership and sales quotes, contract formation/offers and completion………

Cons
High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
