Decent pay, benefits and comp package.

Cons

This company is a hot mess. The management and virtual consultants who are non-medical do consultations. They will say and do anything for the sale and then pass it along to an actual provider who now has to deal with irate patients. Company is sketchy and only cares about sales. Run.

Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

Cons

High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
