- You have to work hard and for that we are compensated - It is professional and we get as much training as needed that improves my knowledge, safety and potential growth in the future (here or elsewhere) - Despite what has been written, the mangement team, Steiner and Bruce Fabel are professionals and doing the best job they can in a market that everyone and their brother does LHR! They have vision that my team and I love, other services like injectables and coolsculpting...this helps me do better, train and I can make more...thank you - Our clients like the marketing...and once people are there..my sales people really knowledgable... - Good performance incentives - We are a team...we are as successful and challenged as we want to be
Cons
- This is not like other spas where if I do not have an appointment, we sit around...you are asked to particpate and engage with customers - if it were my business it is fair and I would ask, however I have heard some peope complain. I like being busy - Some new products, though they have great efficacy can take some extra time to learn..but I guess this speaks to their vision of good working services - Unless the company grows, you could do the same role for several years, this has benefits and challenges..it depends on the person. We are always being told the company is growing and I believe (cannot confirm) our results are the best ever across the business....I missed it but the CEO came to our location last summer and was inspiring to the team and he spoke of all the new changes/growth...we are seeing it happen - Would love to see more incentives or market messaging in the slower seasons
