Pros
If you are fortunate enough to work with an awesome set of ladies as I was good for you. Some other locations weren't as lucky. You get bonuses IF you hit your monthly goal which includes both treatment goal and budget. You also get benefit of free drinks such as coffee/tea/water/soda. No micromanaging: which could be bad or good depending g on preference.
Cons
Management definitely needs a lot of work particularly in my region. There is no "middle man" so to speak so if there is drama (and there will be) there is no one to intervene besides the regional who can have anywhere from 4-7 stores to look over. Management was never around, at most we got a visit 1-2 a month. Pay is horrible for the position. Most under appreciated and overworked besides the consultant who never has off unless they have a back up sales which is rare. Hours are long and ware on you. No work life balance. And some of your coworkers will have that "every man for themselves" mentality. No real room for growth
