Pros
Ideal Image is a great place to work. The work life balance for my Corporate position was amazing. I had super flexible hours and a Senior Director who allowed me to have autonomy. The President Bruce Fabel has also been great. He pretty much has an open door policy and stops to chat with employees. This is huge because many at that level won't even acknowledge their worker's presence. There are many other perks Bruce has made available to employees that no other company would consider doing. I am very appreciative to have had the opportunity to enjoy the benefits. Finally the new HR Director is amazing and has implemented great changes within the company. He really has a heart for people but will not tolerate foolishness. He is very professional in my humble opinion. In summary, I enjoyed my time at Ideal Image. I left the company to cater to my personal life.
Cons
I don't really have much to say other than some angers could probably use leadership training, but that is true for a lot of companies.
