      Pros

      Pay is good if you are a NP or RN. Sales Consultants also have opportunity to make decent money.Receptionist make minimum wage but work the hardest.

      Cons

      No work life balance. No training. No management. And nobody there cares. If you are not drinking the company Kool-aid you will be managed out.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
