This company is all about money for the sake of money. I you are high performing you can do anything you want. Management actually encourages unethical practices. Guilting people into sales, selling services to people who aren't qualified, or just manipulating people into contracts for the money. Management in some departments is great in other departments you may drown before a manager ever comes to your aid. No support no work life balance. If you aren't a top performer you're encouraged to work more hours to accommodate. Base salary is not a livable wage so if you can't make the cut for commission you're just counting your days until you're fired. Absolutely no sensitivity training for race related procedures. BBL is not a safe procedure for people of color.
