The management was terrible. Actual manager is not in clinic, the only manager is regional and is never at the clinic for support. Manager expects Lead Nurse or preceptor to take care of everything in clinic while providing little to no training or assistance. If anything goes wrong in clinic, the manager takes no responsibility for it. They will talk at you and make you feel like you did something wrong, and then end the conversation with something positive to try and make up for the less than polite remarks made. HR was written to multiple times about the manager, and nothing was done. All they care about is getting sales. The sales consultants will tell the clients anything to get a sale, and they will come into the clinic with unrealistic expectations. When you try and set realistic expectations with them, they get upset and start to think that the company is a scam. If anyone calls out for a sick day, the whole day is shot. All appointments under that nurse need to be rescheduled, which results in upset guests and burnt out staff members. They are always understaffed, and the turn over rate is TERRIBLE. Within 11 months, 15 people came and went, and unfortunately that is not an exaggeration. The staff is completely overworked due to the short staffing, and there is never any adequate support from management. It was very disappointing and frustrating.
