Pros
The pay used to be good, but that was taken away. You get free treatments that can work if you are the right candidate. The job it's self isn't bad, but the environment is toxic.
Cons
No one is treated the same and all of the rules apply at managements discretion. Speaking up against the beliefs of management will get you fired. This has happened to more than one person. The environment is not professional. The hours are horrible and all employees at the call center are treated as disposable. It is justified as "it's a 100k a year job" the salary is 36k and no benefits. The commission was cut in half so any hopes of making more pretty much went out the window. There have been several bouts of mandatory unpaid overtime as well. If you wanted to keep your job you had to put in the 10 extra hours a week. I'm sure more people will be leaving as well. There is no place to move up.
