Pros
Ideal Image is a very resilient company. I've been with the company for almost 4 years and have seen the ups and downs. The company is currently re-creating itself as a full service face and body make over company with several unique offerings. Bruce Fabel our company President has been the driving force behind rebranding Ideal Image.
Cons
As result of new ownership over the last 2 years and the fact that we our now public has somewhat stifled the once free wheeling corporate culture.
