No support for managers, You can ask for help about issues in centers and your told "ok" we will take care of it and NO it does not get taken care of. Providers are spoiled and complain about everything they work short weeks when no one else can. Because the company spends so much in training providers they do not want a turn over so they get away with everything and mistakes and issues go over looked. Most consultants do nothing but complain about not having consultations but do nothing to look for leads so it causes a stressful work days.
