      Used to be able to make great money, free treatments

      Cons

      Frequent changes in management, reduced pay over the past several years and probably more to come. Terrible benefits (insurance for a family of 4 is $800+/mo, no 401k match). Treats top sellers to increased targets which makes it impossible to make a steady income.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
